Suet pudding

Just made a bacon and onion suet pudding in a pudding bowl and i'ts simmering away nicely in a large pan of water but i am not sure how long to cook it for.

You need to give it a good two and a half to three hours, longer won't spoil it, make sure it doesn' tboil dry............................ mouth waters with jealousy :-)
