I have just bought a Smoothie maker, and whilst the instructions tell you how to assemble it, theu don't tell you how to cut up the fruit!
How small do the bits have to be, and do you have to peel everything?
THANKS

any edible skin that you would normally eat on the fruit can be left on as it adds to the fibre content so its healthier.i just chop mine up into bite size chunks and its fine, you can also use frozen fruit straight from the freezer.
