Don't have time for breakfast at home, however, sometimes I eat at my desk at work.
Right now, I am having some grapes...

i always eat brekkie at work too.... too tired to consider breakfast first thing....would rather sleep for an extra ten minutes.
Morning Nat,

I had marmite on toast and a cup of milk at my desk!!!

Couldn't even consider eating before I leave for the train!!
I had porridge :-)
I rarely eat breakfast, even though I know I should.

Having been suitably reprimanded, I'm off to the restaurant downstairs as they're still serving brekkie... back soon!
Change of plan. Just remembered that I have some leftover nuts 'n seeds in my desk drawer and an apple. So that's my brekkie sorted! :o)
sugar puffs

need to get my sugar levels up
I eat breakfast only twice a week. some days i will eat something like cereal at about 11am.

when i was pregnant i took a box of coco-pops and full fat milk into work and would eat 1 or 2 bowls in the morning. It was either that or rush up to McDonalds and get a sausage and egg McMuffin every day as i craved them constantly.
I can't do anything till I've had my breakfast.. today I had a bowl of fruit n' fibre, a slice of toast and some cranberry juice.
A huge bowl of porridge. The only trouble is I think I made it a bit too thick and it's set like cement in my gut.
Oh well, that's me done for today.

loobie have u heard about this famous 'Guinness Marmite' that's to hit the stores?!

A friend of mine works in Waitrose offices and has been taking numerous calls about this Guinness Marmite that hasn't even hit he shelves yet!

(Personally i can't stand Marmite!).

Luckily redcrx i have had no such cravings...and shall hope it stays that way!! lol.
Problem with having brekky for me is that I get truly ravenous around 11am. If I don't have brekky, I can last 'til about 12.30 before the hunger gets me.

However, today is one of those rare days where I did have brekky. Mrs OBonio presented me with marmite on crumpets as I came down the stairs. Little OBonio was happily munching away on some, so daddy had to too. Have to set a good example and all that. I can feel the hunger starting now......
this time next month nat, youll be munching your way through some pickled onions and coal for brekkie. lol
Question Author
Awww bless Mrs Obonio! Maybe u two should look up the Guinness Marmite too?!

hurry up will you 4get! otherwise im just gonna have to make Nat a 'sister' and be rewarded with a 'neice' that way lol
Hey, honey! :o)

I don't have time for breakfast, as such, but my lunch never actually lasts until lunch, LOL! I'm the same as OBonio, though, if I ate before work, I'd be hungry again now.

Hope you're okay, babe. x x x x x
