lamb curry?
Cut some of the lamb into bite size pieces & warm up in the microwave. Put the lamb in a warmed pitta bread with some salad (chopped iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber etc) and add some greek or plain yoghurt & chilli sauce to taste.

how do you do google stovies?????????????/
just type in stovies.
lamb chili, lamb burgers, lamb stew ?
I would eat it cold ..sliced as it is with bubble and squeak and salad and pickles .I can't bear cold meat that has been warmed over or tarted up as something else .
Question Author
Dear Crete the stovies were a great success and I did the skirlie recipe as well. Will do the pittas for tomorrow when I can get yoghourt. Thankyou both.
A recipe I got years ago from the back of a pack of runner beans, has become a family favourite -
MIx little bits of cold lamb with runner beans, cover with a cheese sauce & pop in oven for half an hour.
The result is much better than you'd think, go on, give it a go!
If you can mince it then moussaka is always good.
