My egg slicer, it can cut the egg in fine slices or cut it into sixths. Simple, but so effective.

My good grips potato peeler, brill for slicing just the right amount of cheese!!! Quick, easy and compact in the dishwasher.

Cant recommend it highly enough- its the bees knees (well as far as kitchen gadgets go anyway)

a small whisk from lakeland. they come in packs of two, and i use them all the time for stirring sauces. they de-lump anything and get right into the corners of pans and jugs.
