Hi, I am looking for a new set of saucepans, I want Non-stick, I want to be able to use them in the oven and also use metal utensils on them..As a novice, does anyone have any recomendations??

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.There'll be a lot of different opinions, but we use an All-Clad product that's hard anodized over the stainless steel. Ours happens to have a copper core, which distributes the heat better and more readily. If you go with stainless, be sure it's 18/10 in quality.
