the best way to make egge mayo is to do it with eggs and mayo yes but add little tiny cut up pieces of celery and spring onions cut very tiny aswell
I havent tried it in egg mayo but celery salt is a v good secret ingredient. It's a savory booster and i've found it works well in burger mince, bolognese, tomato sauces & fish cakes. It's strong so use just a pinch.
It lives with the herbs & spices in the shop.
Finely sliced spring onions are lovely, also skinned and chopped tomatoes mixed in. Another idea is a dollop of Cardini's original Ceasar salad dressing and/or crumbled crispy bacon.
Bang goes the diet, it all sounds so yummy I'm off to raid the fridge!
