Milk Shakes

How can I make thick milk shakes ? Is there something I can whisk with the milk to thicken it without using crushed ice/ice cream etc ?

Fruit and yoghurt work well, especially bananas.

of course it's not true fly258. to get thick milk shakes use very cold milk.

Have it so cold that it gives you a headache when you drink it.
