Focaccia bread
12 Answers
I have tried in both Morrisons and Tesco for this bread with no success, does anyone know where I can buy this, or failing that I have a breadmaker can anyone give a tried and tested recipe for it using the breadmaker and I'll attempt to make some of my own.

Here's my recipe for Focaccia : (I've got a little measuring cup that takes 8fl oz, so am working on that)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups of strong white breadflour
1 tablespoon dry yeast (that sounds like a lot, but believe me, it works)
Follow your bread machine instructions as to what order you put the ingredients in the pan & then set it to "dough" setting & start. When it's done, follow instructions I gave yesterday. Enjoy!! K xx
