lasagne

I made a lasagne on friday evening thenthere was some left over so ive had it in the fridge since then (3days) if i microwave it will it b ok to eat? or will it have gone off by now? any ideas?x

Toss it out for the birds ! I would eat it the next day if it had been stored in the fridge, but not any longer. The best thing to do with these leftovers is freeze them immediately they turn cold and then you know they'll be safe.

hhmm yeah - I agree - don't eat it.... don't play roulette with Food Poisoning... it's not fun !
