I was made redundant in May, due to lack of work. But a couple of weeks ago, was contacted by my past employers asking me to come back to help with the Christmas rush. I posted a question on here, asking advice. Subsequently I agreed to go back. I start back tomorrow, but feel slightly embarrassed going back now.

How should I deal with it tomorrow?

You may enjoy meeting all your old workmates again. If I were you I'd feel happy to be back in work. Good luck.

Thanks Ania
Why are you embarrassed? It was your job which was redundant not you. Go back with your head held high and enjoy. They obviously think highly of you to ask you back.
It's probably more likely someone in the company will feel embarrassed not you for letting you go then having to ask you back.

Good luck!
