My fella made about 8lbs of green tomato chutney the other day...It is gorgeous. He used delia smiths recipe, I dont have a link cos he got it out of her book (you will be able to google it though) its much the same as the recipe oldgrape has posted except it had cayenne pepper and pickling spice in it.
