If you google "high protein foods" you'll come up with loads of sites. Here's one of many. http://www.sugar-bureau.co.uk/energy_zone/protein.

Nuts to you... would be ideal.
EGGS - HA HA HA! sorry... try chicken and fish - loadsa protein there. or go to holland and barratt or somewhere similar (health food/supplement shop) and get some of protein powder.
a good alternative to eggs, would be tuna........high in protein, low in fat, low in calories, and very filling....hope this helps!
tofu?
I'm sure that you're aware of many other protein sources, so I just offer a couple of suggestions. . If it's a breakfast dish you're after then try a product called 'Tofu Scramble' It's really delicious. If it's eggs as an ingredient that you're looking for[for baking], then you can crush flax seeds with water, or, better; boil some flax seeds in water, then strain. Et voila. P.S. Don't take bulk-up hormones, 'kay? they can really mess you up psychologically.
A guy I worked with years ago was big, and I mean big. Across the back and the shoulders, full on pecs and not an ounce of fat when he trained hard, he recommended Dessicated Liver Tablets. They stunk but he said they were ace! Just a thought! I tried it with Guinness but only bulked up around the middle LOL
