Salmon Recipe

i have bought a fresh salmon fillet about 20cm long and wanted to do something more with it than just the usual (for me) baking in foil with lemon, black pepper and dill. I fancy pasta and i have some double elmlea in the fridge please can anyone suggest a recipe (not fiddely)for our dinner tonight?? many thanks.
ps i do have plenty of 'old' potatoes should you wish to recomend something different to my idea.
