Jezza Clarksons bird

There was a programme on a while back where Clarkson had some kind of bird for dinner (in France I think), it's a delicacy whereupon you eat the whole bird in one mouthful, only a small thing but bones and all?! I think they said on the commentary that it's illegal to have it on the menu now? Another thing was they had towels over their heads whilst consuming said beast. :S Sounds mad but does anyone know what the bird was?

The loafing does appear to be beneficial, however you�ve a long way to go before you get up to the Olympian loafing standard�... like me! ;-) x
