have recently found a site that has restaurant style recipes for indian food and it is excellent. am now hoping to find similar site or indeed single recipe for my favourite chinese takeaway dish. remember chaps takeaway style only,any ideas?

its an authentic asian dish called kwesh-chon title, yew mong.
