I love it!

It has to be chicken in pitta with chips and coleslaw. I have lemon and herb coating but that's because I'm a wimp when it comes to spices. Oh and their cider is really nice!

might just be me then but i was really disappointed when i went the other day - i had 1/4 chicken with lemon & herb and my mum had 1/4 chicken medium with chips and coleslaw, it was just like a chicken portion with a spicy coating and chips - i dont know what i was expecting but my friend who'd recommended it made it out to be a whole lot more!

Hubby and I love Nandos. We always get a Full Platter, which costsabout �15. You get a whole chicken (we get the medium piri-piri sauce) with your choice of 2 sides (we get chips and salad) and refillable drinks. It's very simple food, but aso very tasty. The refilable frozen yoghurt is also yummy, and you can get Brahma beer which is very tasty.

after my visit, well, it wasnt what i expected. i expected it to be more restauranty, not like upmarket mcdonalds. having said that as well, i was pleased that meal for 2 with bottle of wine and appetisers only �27. thought the chicken was nicely cooked. no pink bits, no slimey bits and not dry either. spicey rice courtesy of mr ben im sure and disappointing coleslaw. i would return if i wanted that sort of fast food again, but it didnt satisfy the restaurant goer in me! thanks for your replies.

I agree mandi- I went on my birthday with my sister last year and all the food tasted the same. It was basically all deep fried and tasted like it had been bought from Iceland! Nothing special at all.
