boy oh boy when will people learn? the best way, atleast in my opinion to lose weight is exactly what your dr would most likley say. a healthy, BALANCED diet. starving yourself is stupid - put simply, when you starve yourself, as soon as you eat something eventually, your body screams "OH MY GOD FOOD!? MUST STORE AS MUCH FAT AS POSSIBLE BEFORE MY BRAIN STOPS ME EATING AGAIN!" the best way to lose the weight, is to eat healthy, and make sure you have breakfast, dinner and tea, but obviously decent healthy stuff.
let me apologise! im well skinny (too skinny my doc says), so I have no idea what your situation is like, so its easy for me to judge. but one thing i do know is this. you wont see wonderful gleeming results in a few weeks. its going to take patience and dedication - like it or not. Problem is, we live in the modern world. everyone wants things to happen NOW! QUICK! INSTANT! losing weight isnt going to happen like this. simple as. The sooner you accept this, the more chance youll have of losing the weight. of course you have to be dedicated and motivated.
as for "specific food" come of it mate! just eat healthy, you dont need a book to tell you how. even if you cant figure that out, just eat less atleast. and dont do what some people do, eat healthy, but sheds loads of healthy food, that wont work!
