Hi everyone.
On my turkey it says to defrost it for between 45 - 48 hours in a cool room. (basically 2 days).
Would this be the same as defrosting it in the fridge for 3 days?
The reason for this is that my house has to be kept consistantly warm so I don't have a 'cool' room.

I have cooked most of the xmas dinners in the last 20 years but for some reason this year I'm really worried, and can't remember if this is how to do it!!!!!

I normally use my bathroom as it is the coldest room in the house and defrost for 2 days.
If anyone showers or bathes, they remove the turkey of course!!!!
