Cranberries freeze very well. just lay them out on a foil ( or other flat ) dish in the freezer until frozen and then transfer them to a freezer bag.

Thankyou,doodler-saves me having to cook them up first.
You should try the following Cranberry Salsa for something different - great with both hot and cold turkey and ham.
Will keep in a jar in the fridge for about two weeks.

350 gr raw cranberries
2 medium oranges (skin, pith, pips removed)
1 large eating apple chopped
175 -225 gr (6-8 oz.) gr caster sugar
a few pinches nutmeg.
Buzz the lot in a food processor until very finely chopped.

Try buying them frozen in the first place (if you buy them a lot) as they're a rip-off fresh.
