Still have a tub unopened,Would it be ok to freeze it .I can use it end of January as I have a party then.

i would think so. i freeze butter all the time.

thanks for replies and I see further back someone asking if you can freeze double cream so thats going in as well.

and cheese. don't know about margarine though, sorry.
