please help, does anyone have rick steins recipe for jambalaya,i believe it was featured in the series tastes of the sea, thanks in advance

50ml oil
100g cabanos
2 teaspoons paprika
8 garlic cloves, chopped
2 green peppers
1 med onion
4 celery sticks
2 red chillies
1lb boneless, skinless chicken
1lb raw prawn tails
2 bay leaves sprig of thyme, 1 teaspoon oregano
1lb long grain rice 2pints chicken stock
teaspoon salt, 3 sliced sring onions
chilli powder to taste
