Help me get rid of a hangover please?
i am at work - (in an office) i have had about 2hours sleep and am exhausted keep throwing up ! help me get through the day please!

Maybe eat something dry, like biscuits or toast.

If you keep vomiting you will become (possibly dangerously) dehydrated. Keep drinking plenty of water, & eat something salty (or just a little salt) to keep your electrolyte levels up. You may keep praying to the big white telephone for a while, but play safe. Oh, & next time you over indulge, drink a pint of water before going to sleep.

nah i was an hour late for work so working through lunch ..lol i have been popping out as much as i can but i i work on a computer and everytime i come back i just wanna sleep .... i was going to try red bull but i think it may may make me sick ?

i wouldn't put any caffiene in your system it will only de -hyradrate you more and you'll feel worse stick to the water, only an hour to go now :-)
