just doing some deep thinking the other day,

we moan and groan about silly selfish things dont we?

we WANT those gorgous shoes we saw the other day, but cant afford them,

we WANT this that and the other,

we shout when the kids are playing up,

we even get disgruntled if our toast is burnt in a morning,.... yet think about lifes real problems, shannon the little girl missing for over a week, maddie kidnapped before christmas, kids with terminal illness,
the homeless,... people in other countries dying, JUST through lack of clean water.

puts our silly problems into perspective doesnt it?

lets be thankfull for our families/lives, treasured friends, having enough to eat and a roof over our heads, and the luxury we have.

IF we have to worry at all, lets worry for real things, not selfish wants.

have a great day folks and BE HAPPY XX

you are very right but some people can get depressed even when they know they are better of than some, it winds me up when people do but then it can be all in the mind. People are people and will always want a bit more than they have. But you are very right about arguing, I hate to sleep on an argument or fall out with family and I am so grateful for the lovely family I have everyday.
Thats a lovely thought for the day Mose x
It's to easy to get bogged down with life's ups and downs to really think what matters isn't it x
'lets worry for real things'. If you cant fix it no point in worrying about it. I dont spend my days worrying about stuff on your list mose. What's the point? A real personal problem is a personal thing. Worrying about it is part of it.

Worrying and being selfish are two different things. Most people actually do buy those shoes - on their credit card. Which is why many are smothered by debt. That's when the worry begins.

I think most people do appreciate and value what they have, have things in perspective and balance. And your thoughts are of course for all days. But we will all still let burnt toast give cause for a moan!

Off now, for a great and happy day. Enjoy yours.
