I have just had pasta with a tomato, garlic, red wine and bacon sauce. Yum.

Tonight I'm just back home from taking my son to meet his grandad at Gretna services. A bit of a drive from Merseyside!! Can't be bothered to cook, so I think a trip to the chinese is on the cards!

I have eaten very bad today. Made a caesar salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, egg and mayo at the bakery where I am working. Ate that then went to the pub and had two wine and sodas, came home and had sausage sandwiches. Oh well never mind.

I have commited sins today. I have had chips twice.

During a 25 min car journey my friend and I scoffed 4 choccy bars between us.
