Orange Sauce

Recipe for a simple orange sauce to accompany duck.,please

This isn't an official "sauce" but i did this at christmas.

Cut up several oranges...skin and all and placed in a saucepan.

Added half a jar of orange marmelade and about 100ml of water

Mix well and simmer until marmelade is pretty much melted and everything all mixed up well.

Seive and serve. T'was very nice if a little unorthadox !!!!
