So far today all I've eaten is five slices of toast and I still want some more.
I think I really need to review my diet.
Anyone else eat this much bread??

I love bread. I have to have some sort of bread product every day! My son is the same. I crave! There is a website called www.nutriprofile.org
Apparently you type in what foods yoy eat and then they calculate what you're lacking in your diet. I haven't tried it, but if you're looking to vary your diet, it might help!

Do you not get bored eating only bread??? It's not even like it's nice bread! lol I like bread, but only with something else, and I like variety. In sandwiches, I love wheaten bread, which is nice as toast too. I also use soda bread for a cooked breakfast. For accompaniement with food, I eat either french bread if there is sauce to mop up, garlic bread with pasta, and garlic nan with indian food. :O)
Get bored with bread?? Are you joking?!
I don't just eat it on it's own. I really really lightly toast it just so it's slightly warm then put lashing's of butter on it. If it's brown then just butter, but if it's white a dash of marmite too.
I seriously could and DO live off bread!!! LOVE it!!
I did have some garlic narn tonight actually, was rather nice.

Mistys... do you mean that all you'd had to eat by half four were 5 slices of buttered toast ? Nothing else ? No fruit, no vegetables, no protein ? All you've had today is carbs, fibre and fat .... ok once in a while, but you need to include protein, vitamins, minerals etc as well for a healthy diet ! I understand loving buttered toast - try some hummus or pat to spread on it (for protein) and some fresh crunchy raw veg sticks or a little bowl of salad (vitamins), followed by a fruit yoghurt and some fresh fruit. Beans on toast are quite healthy too (esp if the bread is the wholewheat variety) and you can maintain your toast levels easily then...lol
