I've just recently developed a serious passion for water melon and can eat copious amounts at a sitting (and regularly do - keep in the fridge and it's out of this world).
I pick out some of the seeds but I reckon the majority get swallowed. Are they doing me any harm, or will they just take a day or two and pop out as they went in? (in the same state, that is, not the same route.) Thanks.
