actually in my particular case it isnt that simple.! no need to be such a sanctimonious ???? when you no none of the facts.

Well go and buy the best seller from Holland and Barrett then.

Honestly they really work whatever the symptoms.

Whilst on them you can eat 3 kebabs a day with large fries. 10 pints of beer a day and as much chocolate as you want.

The beauty of these magic pills is you can sit on your fat arse all day and order pizzas (with extra cheese) on top of all the kebabs.

The pills are brilliant.

Tenuate dospan was withdrawn because of the horrendous side effects.

Never buy pills online - you have no idea what is in them - at best they will be totally harmless and totally useless, but they could be harmful.

As you have a particular case making weight loss through diet and exercise impossible, speak to your doctor.

Hi, dont buy them online, if you chose to take pills to help you lose weight, go to a weight loss club near you where they may have them as this is what I did a few years ago. Therer are ones that work and are not dangerous.

There is a pill that can be prescribed by your Doctor, I think its called Eplistat or something similar.

It's does not suppress your appetit but it stops your body from absorbing a third of the fat intake. You MUST follow a fat free / low fat diet though.

You may have trouble getting them however as must docs seem to be very reluctant to prescribe them.
