Over the years, I have seen quite a few variations on Game Pie.
On our farm, apart from Rabbits, we have a whole host of other game throughout the year.
Partridge, Pheasant, Pigeon, and of course duck, seem to dominate vast arces of our land.
What is YOUR receipe for game pie ?.
I don't mind jugging, and often freeze.
