For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Errrr... I don't like *eggy* stuff either - I have to drown an omelette in cheese, mushrooms and chillies in order to mask that eggy texture (I don't think of it as a taste, just a certain texture.....lol)
I find it helps if I strain the beaten egg through a sieve (you will be amazed at the gunk left behind,, plus it catches any misbehaving bits of eggshell !) and using that mix in the omelette.... then adding loads of really strong/tasty cheddar cheese....
