Oats, beans, raisins, figs, broccoli, whole grains, and other fresh fruit and veggies, and dried fruit. Eating fruit skins is very good for you, as lots of the nutrients and fiber are in them. I don't personally find them hard to digest.

I would imagine that fruit skins are pretty difficult to digest in the human body.Our appendix is a disused organ that is no longer used to break down green matter. Perhaps being a cow and having te option of three stomaches is the better option ?
veggie skins are difficult to digest...fruit slightly less so. Just look at the sweetcorn phenomena if you need evidence of that.
