Candy Floss

Does candy floss shrink if left uneaten for a few days?

I bought my grand daughter a carton of it and she opened it at the weekend and saved some for later. I covered the carton with cling film cos she had thrown the lid away. I noticed earlier thats theres loads less than there was (and I know no one as eaten it lol)

LOL I found out the answer by having a proper look at the candy floss, which is just a hard small ball in the bottom of the carton so I guess it does shrink :)
