I would imagine you may not be able to legally as it is a product that needs to be kept refrigerated ( eggs and pork ) and you can't guarantee that the product won't have been put in a really warm place during transport. High risk of giving the end user food poisoning.
From HM customs web page ( I know you're sending the food there, not importing)
Can I bring smoked or dried meats, such as biltong, into the UK from South Africa?
You aren't allowed to bring any meat or meat products from South Africa into the UK for your personal use. This includes fresh, smoked and dried meats. The same rules apply to most non-EU countries.
are your scotch eggs that good that they want you to send the finished article half way around the world instead of them maybe making them and messing it up themselves? if so then send some my way!
I would think that they would go *off* before they arrived, so it's probably best not to even think of sending them. Theonlyone's idea of sending a recipe instead is much better !
You could send them via refridgerated air freight in a polystyrene box, via a specialist courier, the same that deal with live shellfish, etc. However, methinks that this would be prohibitively expensive for a couple of scotch eggs.
