Perhaps I am getting old, but I find Jack Dee funnier than a lot of the "new school" stand-ups. Funniest I ever saw was the late Mike Reid. He is the only comic to have made my sides hurt.

I have to say, the last time I really laughed at a comic was when Lee Mack did Live at the Apollo. He had me in stitches.

Like Andy & docspock I find he reminds me of a ventriloquist's dummy too.
It's his strange way of moving,and what appears to be a strangely made up face that does it for me.
He seems to be Pinocchio's lovechild,I wonder who the Mother was?
Having said which I DO find him quite funny,but in small does.
Joke:~
Pinocchio goes to his Father and says that when he is having sex with his g/f she keeps getting splinters.
So papa says smooth your willy with sandpaer,and that will stop the splinters.
Two weeks later he meets his Father in the street,and Father says "How's the g/f?"

i love jimmy carr , i recently seen him live and he is just so funny my jaw was hurting from laughing. i can see why he wouldnt be to everyones taste though. i find him strangely extremely sexy !
