No No he's not dead. I have always found him funny on 8 out of 10 but id he funny in stand up. is it worth me going to see him and would you go and see him?
4get i was hoping to see him at cambridge! missed out on decent tickets though. There were some on ebay last week but i hesitated as so close to stage. I like his act but really dont think id want to risk being picked out by him lol
I saw him live a few years ago and he was very very funny, we were still laughing on the way home. We were sat right at the very back as we got our tickets late, which I'm glad about as he did tend to pick on anyone sitting near the front and anyone who went out to the loo or arrived late. I would go and see him again.
I've seen him twice in the last 12 months and can only describe him as superb. Don't let his choirboy looks fool you though, there is absolutely no subject he will avoid in his stand up routine. He even does a Q and A session with the audience and will answer any question put to him. He also stays behind after the gig for autographs/pictures etc.
I'm only back from abroad for a few days and would have loved to have seen him on Friday............he played not too far at Worthing and some friends went and said he was brilliant.
Have tickets to see him on return there in mid-December...............like his wit a lot!
