Recipe for lamb
Hi,
I have two lamb shanks in the fridge that I want to cook for dinner tonight. I also have potatoes, swede, leek, turnip and carrots. I quite fancy a casserole type dish where I can pop it all in one pot to cook but I would like it in a nice gravy. Any ideas on what to do with it and timings etc? Thanks.

Stand each lamb shank on a large piece of tinfoil and pile half the veg around each shank. Season everything, add a swig of olive oil. Scrunch the sides of the foil up and add a swig of wine to each shank/veg. Scrunch the foil up so everything is covered, like a parcel.
Put in the oven (200c or Gas 6) for 2.5 hours.
