I'm making mince pies and jam tarts this aft but dont want to buy the pastry. Whats the best recipe to use for lovely buttery pastry?

Hi,

here is the address for a really good sweet shortcrust pastry from Jamie Oliver's website. If you want it plain just leave out the lemon zest. I have used orange zest in the past instead and think that it works really well for mince pies.
