Hi, I need some help. i want to start selling cakes, buscuits and cheese in my friends shop. I've read the food labelling legal requirements but Im confused and im not sure if i need to meet all of them. I've seen people selling bags of cookies etc on xmas market stools which have no labelling or some things with just expiry dates on. Can anyone help?

Have a word with your local Trading Standards office - i sell stuff at boot sales etc and they were incredibly helpful
state ingrediants plus precentage of ingrediants put a date on it best before and if anything requires storing at a certain temperature state this. That should cover it, check other items out for copying.
