Sorry, meant to say is it true
I don't think McDonalds can do you any good whatsoever. It is full of fat, salt, sugar, and probably nasty additives which they pump into the beef. The ingredients in the "bread" is just E numbers. Stick with the salad and you should be okay.
Most food from Mc D's has a high fat content, so yeah, it'll be bad for you, depending on how often you eat there. Even the salad's got loads of calories (presumably from oily dressing). If you get a chance you should see the film Supersize Me http://www.supersizeme.com
Yes, and read the book Fast Food Nation.  The cows are also not slaughtered in a particularly sanitary way (maybe different in the UK because of the mad cow disease scare, but I know in the US that's so).

This is definetly not true.  Mcdonalds food contains natural derivitives of retinol A.  This is a naturally forming compound that is great for the skin and also very useful for thrush.  If you eat at least two cheeseburgers a day, you will find an amazingly clear complexion within days.

Keep eating.  It is really good for your skin.

Fatty food is unhealthy, whether it comes from Mc D or not.

The odd Burger will do you no harm.  It's eating things in excess that causes problems.

A friend of mine is the buyer for a large pet food company.  She has to purchase offal from abortoirs and she says that McDonalds aretheir biggest competitor when tendering for supplies.
i eat it all the time and im not spoty or fat
It is bad for anything
But you have an unfair advantage Donkey - have you ever actually seen a spotty or overweight donkey? I rest my case.
Natalie. A lot of my mates are overweight though, since people dont come to the beach anymore for rides me and my mates are umemployed and just eat macdonalds, you may not see a lot at the moment but give it a few years
I'm sorry I didn't realise Donkeys had it so hard, I assume you don't qualify for any benefits either? well, if you can, I know it's rough, but try to cut down on the fast food. That goes for your mates too. Who will want to ride a spotty donkey?

Do yourself a favour and watch the film Super Size Me by Morgan Spurlock (it should be out on DVD for hire soon or you might be able to still catch it at the cinema)....it will put you off eating Mickey D's for a good while.

No, thank you, I won't have fries with that.

Well, it's not particularly good for your health, so I assume that must have implications for your skin.
This is definately NOT true.  Their is a correlation only because when you eat fast food you are eating greasy food and getting the grease on your fingers.  Then you touch your face and get the grease on your face which clogs your pores.  As long as you wash your hands thoroughly after eating you won't get pimples.
How can it definitely not be true? It's proved that fast food is bad for your health, and poor health leads to bad skin, moods, hair, etc. I agree that you may not come out in spots immediately, but it's possible.

Eating fast food all the time is bad for your health, but having it once in a while would not cause bad skin.

That's not a fact thought is it? I'd say the opposite. If your body is not used to fatty fast foods then when you do eat a greasy burger or something once in a while, it won't really know what to do, you'll get bad belly and all sorts.

What food you put in your body does not affect whether or not you have zits.  Spots are clogged pores in the epidermal layer of your skin.  These pores are only clogged if something gets in them from the outside, i.e. dirt, make-up or grease.  That is a medical fact.

The only affect that can be had on your skin is whether you are hydrated enough or not.  If you don't take in enough water your skin will get dry.

And FYI- your body needs fat.  If you don't take it in very often, the little bit that you do will be automatically applied to the body functions that depend on it.  It would not be a shock to your system because it is required by your system.
