i have a breville breadmaster & want to make a wholemeal fruit loaf Any recipes out there ??

I did a search on "bread machine recipes" and there are HUNDREDS of sites out there...

Try 1lb of flour, mostly wholemeal, 1 packet of dried yeast, 2 tablespoons of honey (or brown sugar) 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 bananas, sultanas to taste, freshly ground nutmeg, cinnamon, chopped walnuts and 3 tablesoons of olive oil.  I have one of these baking now and the smell is divine.  It produces a rather solid loaf, (it doesn't rise like normal bread) but it's wonderful either fresh or toasted.  You can take the basic recipe and change the fruit round, maybe include apricots (natch) or dates or coconut.
