is it true that tea has more caffein than coffee?if so what types of tea, does it make a difference?what about expresso in comparrison? i need info and all the little, interesting, juicy facts you can give me. Oh, soz 4 all the spelling mistakes,im really lazy!

But the caffeine content of a prepared cup of coffee is much higher than the caffeine content of a prepared cup of tea. There are huge variations though - eg a filter espresso vs a cup of green tea.
