Anyone know of this video installation?

Again, Im trying to recall who made a video installation i saw in the tate years ago. It whadf two tv screens, one with a female and one with a male (a black male if i recall) on it almost facing each other, almost in dialogue. One of the recordings would be saying lines such as ' I am good, you are good , we are good' whilst the other would have been saying ' I am bad, you are bad, we are bad' etc. This would have went on for a while with the subject changing each thourgh each reiteration. Does this sound familiar?
