Anyway, here you go -
Sunflower oil for brushing
140g / 5oz rolled oats
115g / 4oz demerara sugar
85g / 3oz raisins
115g / 4 oz butter or sunflower marg, melted
Preheat oven to 190 / Gas 5
Lightly brush a 28 x 18 cm shallow baking tray with the oil. combine all dry ingredients with melted marg / butter in a bowl. transfer mixture to baking tray and press down firmly with the back of a spoon. Bake for 15 - 20 mins or until golden.
score with a sharp knife while still warm and leave to cool in tin for 10 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.

I have tried quite a few flapjack recipes bantingm and this one is the best:-
80g Bertolli spread
80g brown sugar
3tbsp golden syrup
130g porridge oats
35g chopped dried apple
35g chopped dried apricots
25g dried cranberries
25g pumpkin seeds
2tbsp sunflower seeds
25g desiccated coconut
In a saucepan melt together Olivio, sugar and syrup.Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add melted ingredients to bowl and mix.Line and grease a 20cm square tin. Spoon the mixture in then press down with potato masher to level the surface. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 20 minutes. Store in the fridge and cut into bars before serving. Makes 10 bars.
