I work 12 hour night shifts and am looking for some easy to make very healthy meals to take to work. Any ideas?

Ideally you want low fat, slow release carbohydrate meals.
So something like a pasta salad with sweetcorn, and grilled chicken or tuna.
Or maybe some nice wraps or pitta bread with grilled meat, oven roasted vegetables.

Just cook a load of pasta twirls or penne ..
and then you can make a cold salad .
Then make a spag bol , freeze in bags ,so
you have the easy option . Also thick sliced
wholemeal bread with loads of salad with
what ever you like , ham , tuna .
