frozen prawns

wanting to make prawn toast and the prawns arent really defrosted. whats a good safe way to do them quick... ive got them sitting in cold water at the moment... is that ok?

yep you could also use the defrost on your micro if you have one!!

You can run them under cold water thats what we chefs do.

yep exactly what I do too, I use tepid water rinse a couple of times and then let them sit in the water until defrosted
