On your toast? Sometimes I like sardines in tomato sauce, or a poached egg, or even masses of melted cheese with a sprinkling of herbs. But there's just no substitute for a tangy lime marmalade.
Ooh Pasta - I love raw pumpkin seeds. We have a lovely health food shop where I live and they do so many variations; i.e., Macadamia, cashew, brazil and almond butters.
Pasta - my mum makes her own muesli and incorporates things like pumpkins seeds, chopped dates, oats, goji berries, chopped nuts, etc.. They are very healthy, those pumpkin seeds !
