I have the book and have made the bread. It is quite good on the first day, but even if frozen is quite dry, acceptable when toasted. I find the recipe in my breadmaker (Kenwood) better, also needs freezing and toasting after the first day; I have found the book very informative and has several interesting recipes.Another good book is Healthy Gluten-free Eating by Darina Allen and Rosemary Kearney. I have made a lot of recipes from that. Good luck. Mrs Murphey
