Rachel Allen made a South American Beefsteak with Salsa and Sicilian Pasta. Does anyone have the recipe or know how to get it?. Please, it looked so appetizing.

Thanks Kath, thats two thirds of the recipe. It�s the Sicilian Pasta which is elusive. However I have found the ingredients on another forum.
Sicilian Pasta
2 celery sticks
16 cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
mozzarella cheese
basil leaves
salt & pepper
2 Tbs. olive oil
mix all the ingredients & leave for 2 hours
cook the pasta (fusili) and add the mixture.

G'Day Alan16322, Krystyna from Sydney Australia - In answer to your question on how to locate Rachel Allen's recipe for South American Beef Steak with Chimichurri Salsa I typed into "Google" & it came up in the UK site GOOD FOOD CHANNEL When I typed in the recipe it said they did not have it But Rachel Allen came up including a list of recipes There was no listing for the Scillian Pasta with it Good Luck in getting your recipe
