how do i make bread from my breadmaker more light

Chuck away the bread maker and make the bread by hand. It's easy enough just need a good recipe, Jamie Oliver's recipe for simple bread works for me.

You can buy bread "improver" which makes the bread lighter - I got mine from Lakeland and it works a treat. I have heard that adding vitamin c powder will make bread lighter but I have never tried it.
